Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)

For those wishing to start training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Submission grappling and are new to the sport, we will be running a 5 session intro course in Crewe to give you the basics of the sport. 

The course will cost £60 for the five 1 hour introductory sessions of training and will include a Blitz gi, pants and belt.

Session 1 – Guard (7th October)
Session 2 – Passing Guard (14th October)
Session 3 – Top Control (21st October)
Session 4 – Escapes (28th October)
Session 5 – Recap – Putting it all together (4th November)

All classes are from 9pm until 10pm

To sign up for the course all you need to do is drop by the gym to pay for the course and to be sized up for your gi. For those who already have a BJJ/Judo/Jiu-jitsu gi the price of the course is £30.
