Our main gym incorporates a fitness and conditioning area with Olympic weights, heavy dumbbells and leg press as well as a cardio vascular area, the conditioning section is well equipped with truck tyres, sledge hammers, sand bags and abb toners.
We pride ourselves on our fitness programmes and we would be happy to design a programme for you whether it is for fitness, strength conditioning, weight loss or gain and of course fight conditioning which is our specialty. We can design programmes for individuals or groups and tailor the sessions to fit in with your busy day.
